The Watchmen of America Mentoring Program works in conjunction with the National Training Program in order to provide the quality training and knowledge required for filling National Staff positions and State Group Command positions.
Mentoring Services involves three (3) basic areas of the Watchmen organization.
National Staff Division
State Coordinator Division
State Group Command
In order for someone to volunteer to serve as an Official Mentor, they must already hold a position, or have been accepted for a position within the organization and be able to meet certain minimum qualifications set forth in the Mentoring Program S.O.P.
An existing National Staff Member or current State Commander can volunteer to become a Mentor by completing the required "Registration Form" found at the link below.
Becoming an official program Mentor, will require the completion of a specialized training course.
